We should experience the architecture we admire.

I’ve been fortunate enough to visit some great modern buildings throughout Europe over the last 5 years. From Alvar Aalto in the Finnish Lakes to Peter Zumthor in the Swiss Alps – each building and its context has had a profound impact on me and how i think about architecture.

If you like any of the buildings you see below… Go! No photograph, sketch or piece of writing will ever do great architecture justice.
