I wandered through Bristol yesterday on the way to a meeting and came across this amazing pop-up ‘Indian restaurant’ in Queen Square.

OK, so it’s nothing too refined in terms of ‘architecture'(!), but located right in the middle of the city’s finest historic space it’s a big and bold example of what fun can be had with punchy and reversible interventions.

Well done all involved in making it a reality – we need to experiment with more of this reversible stuff if we’re to enjoy and sustain our historic spaces in new ways without compromising them more permanently.
